A neck lift is performed under general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia with sedation in an internationally accredited private hospital in Istanbul. The most appropriate option for your case will be discussed and confirmed during your consultation.

Neck lift recovery is gradual but most patients find it more manageable than they expected. Here is what to expect at each stage.

Some swelling, bruising and tightness around the neck and jawline is completely normal. Pain is well managed with prescribed medication. You will remain in Istanbul under medical supervision, keeping the head elevated as much as possible to minimise swelling. 1–2. Hafta
Swelling and bruising begin to reduce noticeably. Most patients feel significantly more comfortable by the end of the first week. Sutures are typically removed at around day 7.
